I've been working in technology for over 20 years. My career started in systems, network, and infrastructure management; over time I moved deeper into information security, technology architecture, risk, and business continuity, taking on responsibility across different layers of technology management.
Today, as IT Coordinator at Anadolu Sigorta, I'm responsible for the company's end-to-end technology organization — software development, infrastructure and cybersecurity, data, R&D, project management, and business development. I lead an organization of five technology directorates and more than 350 professionals, with responsibility for technology strategy, transformation programs, investments, organizational structure, and business-technology alignment.
Highlights
I'm currently sponsoring the ground-up design and development of Anadolu Sigorta's next-generation core insurance platform — a program rebuilding products like auto, traffic, and health insurance on new technology architecture, shaping the company's technology foundation for the next decade. In parallel, we rebuilt our CRM and mobile app from scratch.
I actively drive AI adoption across my team — tracking employees' AI usage maturity and rolling out AI-assisted solutions across processes from health to marketing.
An application I developed automatically scores the cyber risk of companies applying for cyber insurance policies, and it's still live in production today — it has generated millions of TL in new revenue for the company. Another achievement I'm proud of: building the company's disaster recovery center from scratch and cutting recovery time from days to roughly two hours.
How I got here

I was responsible for all of network, systems, infrastructure, and information security; managing an eight-figure budget while modernizing the company's infrastructure from the ground up.

We made Anadolu Sigorta the first insurance company in Turkey to achieve PCI DSS certification; I built the disaster recovery center during this period.
